David... Evidently projects are assigned to one of the three profit centers and then worked on by any combination of the subs at any location. We can only guess at allocations. (although not that hard, I would think) Although I would be a little leery of 30% margin statements, I would accept the notion that margins are improving in a significant way. It may be that some burden items are added on after Halefs contribution. I had forgotten about your msg that spoke of this. The point is that they should improve. I would also think that using tools of CCG (project management software and bidding software that they would be well aware of their efficiencies. All in all you provide considerable optimism, it should be a good year. Thanks for your response. regards pete
