I would suggest consulting the "Sh*thouse Law Review".... :0) We all know that the rules change faster than than they can enforce them. Gov't Lawyers write them in such a way as to gain maximum revenue defending people from them when they go into private practice. Other than that, don't drag me into your little spat.
