J.Saf,

I think you are overlooking the most obvious JV split projective reciprocating revenue stream. I am a little surprised at you.

The physical chargeback to the third party does not take into account split revenue from the percentage of gross proceeds derived from the candy or cold beverage machines.

Since revenue from this confectionary source would be derived partially from TP-600 participants.......a breakdown based on experience and depriciation schedules must be assumed valid in accessing exactly what proceeds are to go to Identix as a result of passive candy and soda sales. Although the capital cost of a trash receptical must me shared as a line item....I would think that the servicing of said waste basket could be deferred until a task review committee can determine the time and labor expenses.

I do believe, however, there could be some recognizable chargebacks of expenses if cellulose and aluminum based trash in the receptical were to be recycled as part of a larger revenue producing contract with a local school boy or girl who might be working on an Eagle Scout project or some other community service project. Not having the fesibility study on the school boy labor and time management proposal.....I can hardly add the revenue back in as a infartuarial deduction.......and you know it.

After computing the chargeups, givebacks and line item de-duck-tions.........

I believe everything is just fine. Identix will make some money.
