Charles, I agree, Valuespec comes in here, slanders, creates dissention and skeptism, and dishes out negativism like it was M&M's, and then after achieving his goal wants to come off like Mr. Right. Let ME UP! I say pound salt pal, your day is coming soon whereby you will be held accountable.

Somebody earlier asked for a few words of wisdom.

Don't allow your judgment to clouded by the incessant negativism that has permeated this thread.

The only thing that has changed is the price, not the company, nor it's prospects.

Ask yourself these basic fundamental questions:

Does Franklin have a DVG that works?

Does it have a clear signal?

Is there a promising huge market that could utilize such a product?

Does Franklin have their foot in the WCOM door, WORLDWIDE?

How many DVG's will it take to cover the initial 18 city rollout? (servicing the largest population bases) 100 DVG's, 150 DVG's, 200 DVG's?

What is 150 x $20k?

What's the time frame, 45 days?

Doesn't that fall into the 4th quarter?

Are there other sales possible in that time frame?

How many other companies will be fully operational within that time frame as an Internet Telephony company?

Remember FNET is a separate entity, a company unto itself. Fully funded with about $7 million. The orders it places with Franklin goes on Franklin's P&L statement and shows up on the bottom line as earnings per share.

So go figure.... the door finally opens that allows Franklin to proceed with the long planned FNET rollout and all the naysayers, charting experts and crackpots come out of the woodwork....price goes down....and the ones whinning the most probably sold today....then have the audacity to ask why the price went down.....Well Duh!

Something smells.....but it's not coming from WLV.
