spoke to deb altman today and she said the lawyers were still finalizing the agreements. i pressed for and exact time and date of release but nothing is final yet. but as soon as they are they will be released no waiting. meanwhile 50 day moving average looks challenged to me. need to close above tomorrow. shakedown continues but the volume is still vey light on the down side days. 9 5/8 on the right side of the head and shoulders 9.5 if you want it perfect. ar.
