Since this company has taken so long to release anything substantive, I will bet the stock gets hammered if the news is not exceptional. After all, they have taken so long. Granted, it is not a simple deal, but no material information of any kind has been released at all. IMO, people will hammer this one if the company does not release an excellent release (good is not good enough).
