There seems to be alot of management bashing going on, both here and on yahoo. I don't see what management is currently doing that is so horrible. The last three quarters were profitable and each more than the previous. Current estimate for this quarter is .11. This was apparently .04 last week. The estimate for last quarter was also .11. If they come in at .17 again this quarter, we will (should) start to move into at least a little higher territory (and maybe get the FY99 estimates a little closer to where they were 3 months ago). Fourth quarter last year crus lost close to .80/share?? Perhaps alot of people fear we will see the same this year. If we do, then I think your post and the general attitude about management is dead on. I'll wait and see how this quarter goes. I don't mean to defend management I'm not saying they are brilliant and will take the stock to $50 next year but I'm not yet convinced of their incompetence. The stock price is the problem, financially crus is performing like a company that has finally completed the re-organization and is ready to relive some of it's former glory.

PS
It seems there are some stock information services that list pe values based on last years earnings. I noticed one the other day but I don't recall what it was. After crus (hopefully) turns a profit this quarter their backwards pe will no longer be negative and may attract more investors.
