This LIKELY is company specific but two Westell insiders file 144s to sell 25,000 and 5,000 shares respectively - Stefan Abrams and Curtis Benson, through NBMO.

But my read is that most realize that ADSL in general is a ways off from any meaningful deployments. And the announced expansion of the Aware and ADI collaborations probably also indicate that Aware isn't likely to be bought soon - by either ADI or anyone else. Then again, buyout speculation, especially in telecom, IS running rampant.
