Las Vegas, Nevada (October 23, 1996) ----- INTERACTIVE PROCESSING, INC. (IAPI or the Company) today
announced it is finalizing plans for a significant Infomercial Campaign for its premier product, the TV TerminatorT.
This interactive universal remote control was featured as one of the "Hot New Products" at the 1996 Consumer
Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The planned Infomercial will be produced by the DOWN HOME SHOPPING
NETWORK, a consumer-oriented, direct response, product distribution organization. It will be featured on several of
the industry's major networks including Guthy-Renker TV, Paxon Communications of Florida and the American
Independent Network. The total audience reached will be in excess of 44,000,000 consumers. IAPI is a leader in
infrared technology used in consumer electronics. The TV TERMINATOR is the first interactive universal remote
control for television, VCR and cable that incorporates sound effects and pre-programming for virtually all
manufacturers' products. The Company has an exclusive licensing agreement with SONY SIGNATURES, INC. for
the "BUNDY SPORT REMOTE", a football-shaped remote complete with "kicking tee" stand and sound effects.
