Mike,

Just some comments.

I don't think that you have to go offshore to do a short. That can happen right here. An offshore short is usually associated with a
Reg S offering of convertable debt or equity. I am not aware of any
Reg S issues by the company in my DD. As far as calling for certificates, it is my right as a shareholder to protect my investment and have my shares in certificate form. If by calling for my certificates it causes problems for some, than so be it. This stock for a long time hasn't seen normal trading as far as I am concerned. When I started buying last year, I watched the stock move down for no apparent reason. There were some days that there were more buys than sells on the trading log and it still went down. When the buy spike hit last week, I am sure everyone saw what happened when the stock broke out over .18. There is no stock available in some hands. I am truly hoping that when the companies financials are released, the questions that have been raised will be answered in complete detail. For those who have questions, please continue to do your own DD on the company and contact IR Scott Sitra. He has been very forthright with me in the past.

Good Trading

Dave
