Nick, it would clear the air, answer a lot of questions from skittish investors.
ACRT did that once, and the customers were called and told such things as ACRT was going out of business, had no insurance, etc. Know who did it? The shortsellers, trying to hurt ACRT business and force the price down. ACRT no longer makes their customers public. This is not unusual for small cap companies in a highly competitive business or one under attack by shortsellers. The fact is, ACRTT would be crazy to make public their customer names at the moment. ACRT has done what they could to instill investor confidence, but, they realize that short term doesn't really matter. Long term, the truth will tell, their earnings will tell, their professional management will tell. The price will react accordingly, and all of this nonsense will be lost in the past. There is no need for ACRT to go to unusual lengths to prove themselves. Their earnings for the last 4 quarters already have proven them to be what they appear. To suggest ACRT doesn't have customers is absurd. they make good money, they pay their bills, have more cash on hand than they need, haven't yet needed to use their credit lines, are in fine shape with the Federal Government, SEC, and IRS. If they don't have customers, where is all this money coming from, Nick? |
