George.. You can get far better answers than I can give you by calling the company.I do know that there are only 350,000 shares in the float right now,and most all are very tightly held. That is the reason for the 4 for 1 split,to increase the number of free trading shares. Voulume today only 1100 shares traded. everyone wants to buy,but there are no shares for sale. Everyone that has stock is waiting for the split to increase their shares,and therefore are not selling. My brother wants to buy shares at bid,and I'm laughing at him. You have to buy at ask,or you don't buy. Any offered at bid is scooped up by the market makers in an instant. Anyhow,call the company at 1-800-391-8101 and they can answer your questions,and then some. GOOD LUCK......... John
