James; <<tell me if I were Maxtor I would not be sizeing this up..>> If you were Maxtor you would not be sizing up APM. Maxtor is owned by Hyundai. Hyundai is under tremendous (even brutal) pressure to reorganize financially. I don't see it as I am sure they don't eiher. Maybe someone else...but it wouldn't be me. Best, Stitch
