m rosen:

I use this forum to exchange information. People who follow the thread will know that I research facts, and then explain the facts and reasoning that lead me to my opinions. Others do the same. That is why this board is useful.

Pure speculation, while not necessarily useful, can be fun and while away the time when we wait for the judge. But generally people have the courtesy to say when they are speculating.

I rarely criticize people on SI, but you are either a jerk (for not explaining why the docket indicates a decision is upcoming) or a fool for blowing smoke and not admitting it when people ask for details. My money says you are a fool.

I wager that you can't point to anything in the docket that logically suggests an imminent decision. Even if something does happen, it will only be a coincident, and you still will look like a fool if you can't explain your rational. If each week someone guesses the judge will make decision the next week, sooner or later someone will be right. You say first week in April, I say second week in May (to see why look directly at the sun at high noon, then shut your eyes, the answer is in the spots).

Make your argument this week, and if it is sensical I'll apologize, and admit I was the fool not you. Keep silent (or keep making these silly unsupported allusions) and we will all know you are a fool.
