IMHO In the original statement Ira made, he mentioned the fact that the aquired company is close to being delisted. ATXI does not quite fit this profile. They are a functioning, profitable and liquid company, as it appears from what research I've done. The only person feeding this frenzy of a merger with ATXI is LE. He (or She or It) has posted on yahoo, SI, and if you look around, you might catch his handywork on other message boards. IMO LE's intensions and research leave a great deal to be desired. From what I read of his previous posts on this thread, (within the last 2-3 weeks) LE is just short of being a sabatour. I personally do not believe ATXI is the target company simply because of their MN (not formally mentioned or verified by anyone) location and a similarity in the amount of shares. Give the source and history of this information I would place less than 10% chance of it being correct. Just my opinion. Laz
