Jason I did not mean to say that they have to reach $100M right now or even in the near future. My assumption was is that the life span of adsl product will be limited and amati will not produce any more products after that. Hence the value of the stock is the present value of future earnings plus some value that they can get by marketing their name (good will). In short I was trying to examine what is the minimum value of the stock. You are of caurse right that given more optimistic assumptions this company would not need the profit of that order to justify the price. Regards -Albert
