NEWS : U.S. safety board sets hearing on ValuJet crash Reuters, Wednesday, October 23, 1996 at 19:58 WASHINGTON, Oct 23 (Reuter) - The National Transportation Safety Board scheduled a public hearing on November 18 to gain more information on the crash of a ValuJet Airlines (NASDAQ:VJET) flight in Florida earlier this year, the board said on Wednesday. The hearing, expected to last five days, will take place at Miami's Radisson Center. The ValuJet DC-9 crashed in the Florida Everglades, near Miami, on May 11, killing all 110 people on board.
