The Charlotte Observer posted at 9:53 p.m EST Tuesday 3/24 (AP)..."The hearing involving Raleigh-based International Heritage, Inc. before U.S. District Judge Richard Story in Atlanta lasted late into the day." .......summary..heated discussion in courtroom, a final order is unlikely to come today...Story accepted a consent decree barring Van Etten & 2 other exec's from the business pending the outcome of the hearing...
