Seems like distribution, although someone was snapping up all those shares, and no one wanted to let it go below 14. I am hoping that you're right about this being accumulation. There must be some news, new contract, or something. I just don't get it. It's extremely unusual to see such a gigantic volume spike without a substantial up or down price move. Good luck.
