>>>The shorts are massacred by this insane bullish market. <<<

If they are insisting on shorting the high RS stocks like YHOO and AOL then yes they are. If they have stuck to shorting the weaklings like ENML, PNDA, and FIBR they have done well. My short of FIBR returned 18+% since March 9 and is now closed, probably too soon. Ah well, didn't sell the top or buy the bottom, what am I going to do? In the middle of this raging bull I have done well shorting. I shorted DRMD for a minor success. I made money on WDRY and KRY. Made a nice piece of change shorting GERN. Would have repeated with NYMXF except my ex-broker couldn't get me shares. My only loss shorting during this year was EGGS. And that was the mistake of shorting a hot sector. I just shorted some more AVNT at 19 yesterday. It's all about picking off the weaklings, not top ticking the YHOOs and the AMZNs. I'm not shorting the indexes, so what difference do they make to me?

Next I want to look at LPTHA. I understand they filed a floorless convertible. ENML has also been looking particularly weak lately. GTAX has a warrant call? Where did I hear that?

Oh, BTW, I agree on Dow 10000 in 1998. So I will definately not short DIA or SPY.
