It looks like MPD's venture capital company and largest stock holder is negotiating w/HP/Avantek to purchase that PA company in Folsom, CA. It would be good for MPD as HP has a factory and MPD has engineering as in competance. It's like throwing good money after bad in my mind though, as MPD has'nt made any money in years, let it die. ,RFJock
