Yeah overall the market is holding up fine but after the announcement that rates are staying the same (most likely the decision) the market may consolidate again, except perhaps more than 177 points over the ensuing weeks. Hopefully it will just drop about 100 to 200 points overall, and then start moving up again. It wouldn't totally surprise me, however, if the market dropped 300+ points over a span of a few weeks. We'll all see, I'm cautiously optimistic and willing to gamble with some new money this week prior to the announcement. If the market is able to stay strong without a rate cut this round, the semis are a good bargain to me.
