Hello! KAA, Also another point I would like to add to your excellent recap of points as to why a private company would want to find a clean shell! As I recall there is in the range of a $600,000. loss carry forward, that can be brought into the merger/acquisiton scenario! Just my opinion, but I believe that is close to being in the ball park.
