Not good news. What do you think they're after that they don't already know? The bad part is the continued association in the public mind with the crash. News stories will float for all five days on wire services across the country. It might not hit the stock hard, but the association with May 11 will be re-emphasized to a degree that could very well drop the stock temporarily. Then again maybe it will overshadow the earnings report. Either way this will be a damper on the stock's recovery through Thanksgiving I expect.
