Kevin and Jim B.

If I may be so bold gentlemen. Cymed. Lynx is the co. that is in the beef with ADRX over the patent infringement, stealing trade secrets and violation of the Rico statutes. Thus far there has been no law suit filed. Lynx, at this point has issued a demand to ADRX in the sum of 395 million based on five years of future earnings to Lynx.

Fla. law allows ADRX 30 days to answer the demand of Lynx prior to Lynx being allowed to formally file for litigation. This is a cooling off time and has come to be a time for talking and bargining.

ADRX has been accused of patent infringement in the past. In 1996 they made settlement with Roche-Phoinc (as I recall) and I know I've spelled it wrong.

My point is that MDIX is in the nurse staffing business and Lynx is their subsid. and seperate business. MDIX was profitable prior to acquiring Lynx. Lynx was added to diversify and grow the core co. Naturally MDIX would benefit from a settlement with ADRX, but that is not the entire story with MDIX.

Thank you gentlemen. Will be looking forward to your research findings as I'm always interested in learning more from those that can teach.

BTW I enjoy your email Jim (TNRG)
