Hi David, In your opinion what would APCO have to move up to, to confirm a breakout? I have a stop limit to buy at 11 3/16 - is this jumping the gun? Also do not know if you follow Radica but if you do, does your opinion tell you the run is over for a while? I take the closing below the open as a bad sign right now, not to mention the power of the short player involved. Chris if your reading this maybe you could answer this one also. Thanks
