I also get the O & E news ltr and I have tried to locate the company that Bob wants you to fork over $4000 for! The best I could find when I did my search was the Rafael company which is not a public company. Can anyone tell me if the general conclusion is that Elbit Systems Ltd is the real McCoy that Bob's want you to mortgage your house for. We could certainly solve this mystery if 40 of us would each put up a $100 and buy his service. We could then share the info and bury this puppy. Ches Hope
