Jon, you said a lot about Tom Burgess, the man. But I suspect you'd act very differently, face-to-face with him, over a beer or a cup of coffee. I know you would, just as much as you know you would.

And I note--as has everyone else reading this thread--that neither you or Matty Gregg accepted my bet of 100 shares of NETZ stock, which I'll give you if the Zulu-tek financials are not released within the prescribed time period. Of course, if they are released within that time period, you'd each have to give me 100 shares.

And you know as well as I do that there is only one "prescribed" time period. It's clearly stated in the recent filing: Zulu-tek will present for ESVS a fully audited financial report within 45 days of the date of the filing.

Alternatively: What's the difference, in the state of the whole wide world, if NETZ's financial report is released a week after Burgess "promised?" If this document were released earlier, would you say that he was more than honest?

Come on! At a minimum, you've got to be realistic, if not for your own self-interest, then for everybody's affinity to common sense.

Where, from any document or tape recording or personal eye-witness account anywhere on earth, did you get the term, "promise?" Would you like to go into a court of law and attempt defend your use of the term "promise" in this situation? Indeed, you've arbitrarily placed the word.

Promise. Promise me you'll shut up on the financials issue--or take my bet!

Once again, I'll state the bet: I'll bet 100 shares of NETZ that an audited financial report will be publicly released within the prescribed time period, the prescribed time period being defined as 45 days after the date of the filing.

Now, for housekeeping purposes, and for purposes of honor and integrity here: Are you willing to degrade the integrity and character of a man, namely Tom Burgess, if this fully audited 'Big-Six' financially audited report is released a week late?

I'll take the liberty on behalf of Tom Burgess--though I've never met the man--and ask that you apologize to him.
