Oh, I just thought that if I got one of those spaceships it would be really neat to hot rod it. It would really look cool with dual exhaust and flames painted on the side. I would use it to get my space hotel started. The Japanese are already trying to steal my idea. They got one on the drawing boards. I would just bypass the architect and start hauling 2x4's and plywood out there, and start building a construction shanty right away, with a cell phone.
