Thumbs down on healthy tea. I prefer the high octane super caffiene stuff. I don't remember the name of it at the moment but there is a really dark tea from China that has more caffiene than espresso. The stuff will make you jumpier than a rat on crack. A friend gets it for me.

Now that I think of it he use to get me other stuff back in the 70s. Never mind.....
