Jethro That's my point. How can revenues pick up to the fast pace of before layer 3 switches? Silicon is our friend by increasing market share but our enemy(revenue growth) with prices 1/10th of csco routers per port. Only the cheapest and fastest IP chip/port maker will win. If your second in this chip game your dog meat. BAY is a catalyst for this change but they must stay ahead of the curve on price and performance.First BAYstack, then Accelar and finally the killer RSP. Nimble, focused companies can do this. Can CSCO make even faster and cheaper IP ports/chips? That is the 64M question . mrP
