The price rose for these reasons...

1. The sale was taken care of in one block....not done piecemeal
to the masses a few thousand at a time.

2. Since one buyer was willing to buy all of the stock it commands the markets attention that this was a sophisticated investor who believes the stock is worth more than the price being paid.

3. No further uncertainty as far as big sellers...

4. If you talk to the company or IR they will tell you the chairman is faced with financial hardship and was forced to sell....he did not bail.

5. the stock declined in advance of the sale.....therefore the market makers knew it was coming and did not want to get hit with alot of selling.

The price will continue to rise now as the the stock returns to a more normal market ...and price @ $6 which is still a discount to its fair value of roughly $8.

Just my two cents...maybe I can buy some green eggs and ham with it....eh Doc.?

good luck,

bob
