My experience watching biotechs is that even companies with good intentions and real research going on will see their stock price fall to below cash per share when a trial fails or approval is denied. You might be better off selling now and waiting for proceeds from the lawsuits, because once the price falls to $3 you will receive the same amount from the lawsuit but only $3 from the sale of each share. Think about it (any book on investment says to sell a dog as soon as it seems to be dying).

The rising tide of the market only floats boats with bottoms.
