CNBC reporting COMS up well over a point this morning due to institutions saying time to buy. Reasons include inventories back in line, sequential increase in sales and profits. Also background is constructive with MSFT giving techs a boost and try for DOW 9000. With the 200-day moving average at 40, it would appear the 38-40 objective will be entered on volume today. o~~~ O
