so your saying these private companys go out & find these empty or a bankrupt trading shell & merge with & automatically become a public company? i see ARRWQ is bancrupt has like 4 million shares under .005 under a peny for $20,000 to $30,000 so i can have the first publically traded hawg farm if i buy majority of the shares or do i have to assume the $3 million in debt too? at these prices to buy a public company its no darned wonder their are so many of those wannabees & scam companies on the otc cvia is gonna go higher than any old 15 or 21 cents bet you it goes to 50 cents no problem thanks for that infomation
