No, that is not the discussion I responded to. Look at which post I replied to. You characterized INTC's buyback as "aggressive", even though you now realize that it is not even off-setting new share issuance. Then, you try to neatly switch from "it's not happening" to "it's a good thing". Well, that's an entirely different issue. Paying employees through stock options artificially inflates reported EPS, because it is not expensed. Tom
