I agree with you that a JV with a senior partner would be good for Pioneer. It would be Pioneer's best alternative provided they get a good deal. I only say there may be a pullback because typically investors sell on news. This co. has infrequent press releases. A month without news and it will drift down. I've been in this co. for years and its done it every time. If you have a small position you may be able to trade out and in again between news because the volume is light. However, I do feel the longer term trend will be higher particularily if we get a upward movement in gold or uranium prices.
