Is it possible that there are companies out there who would be interested in buying CIST who simply don't know about its existence that a concerted mass-mailing to CFOs would alert? Is this sort of thing allowable? I am just brainstorming here...trying to think of ways to actually come out ahead on this investment. Does anyone know the latest percentage of insider or "closely held" shares? What about Immunex? If they bought CIST they wouldn't have to pay the rest of their fine and they could use the products license free!
