Mike; I don't know if ATC will effect CPQ..but there is a lot of
old computer systems around that cost more to run per year
man power wise than the cost of a new system.
Not just with the Air Traffic Control system..many banks are running on out of date computers..heck you have more raw computing power on your desk than the space shuttle does..a lot more.
If they don't catch up soon the new systems going into places
that never had a computer are going to level the playing field
particularly in the banking sector.
The ATC system is a shame..I saw that TV show about why planes
crash and was shocked.
