Yes, Linda I spoke with Joe this evening. Since credibility will always be an issue (it always should have been) on this board from now on, I will e-mail Linda and Chuck with Joe's business telephone number which he gave me. SGA was not supposed to put his number in their release tonight, according to Joe. He said that it is also his FAX number and that if people call it they will usually get a FAX tone. I was the second person he spoke with at length tonight. I suggested to him that I would e-mail Linda and Chuck, since they are regular posters and carry more weight than myself, since I post very little on this board. I will say that Joe has been a long term investor. He has been in since .17 and could have sold long ago. He flew to Virginia to find out for himself what is going on with the company. He met with the engineers, Ken Walther and others and was impressed with the product and the work that Ken was doing to keep SOE a viable company. He gave SGA his number so that they would know he was a real person and not a hypster. From my conversation with Joe, he was not aware that SGA had a bad reputation on this board. He knows now. He wasn't exactly thrilled to find out that his FAX number is posted all over the world wide WEB. As a favor to him, so as to not tie up his line forever, I suggested either Linda or Chuck could call on his regular line to add to anything I would post here. That way any material facts could be posted with no hype intended. From what he saw, SOE is working to improve their product over the next 60 days to put it ahead of any competitive product in every way. From Joe's perspective, SOE will take care of all the SEC and investor concerns. There is a lot more I can post later, but it's getting late and I wanted to at least get this little bit posted and have time to e-mail. Stuart Briscoe
