Yes. Hum gave the presentation and immediately after the Andyne deal was announced Alex Brown lowered Hum's rating to a 'market perform' (if only it would perform as well as the market!). Anyway, that is about as negative a rating as you will get out of most financial analysts. I am thinking that Alex Brown may have been viewing Hum as a takeover candidate and the Andyne announcement pretty much squelched that line of thinking. Maybe Hum is better off without them.
