Hiya, Joe. You wanna take the bet? Neither Matty G nor Jon Tara will put their money where their mouths are. I guess they both AGREE that the financials will be out "within 45 days," of the date of the March 16 filing. I mean given where we've come since last fall, is it really an earth-shaking thing to wait for the prescribed period to take its course? My theory is this: That the audited report will be out; Zulu and ESVS will formally merge; Zulu will assume the ESVS name and Nasdaq position. If the stock price has not risen, I suspect a reverse split could then make the price high enough so that instititutional investors can come into the picture. At this point, the stock would be sufficiently stabilized to move into the frontier of internet movie-advertising. Can't wait.
