Read between the lines.
Maybe it takes a little imagination, but I spoke to a lawyer friend of mine who owns some FSCX. I asked him if he had any thoughts. He believes that the company has written off much of the possible expenses of the trial and anything else they could find in an effort to lower the companies percieved ability to pay the judgement. PR in these cases are critical, aspecially if you go to an appeals court to lower or dismiss the original finding.
OF course none of us will know until the hand is played out, but it did seem logical to me.
Thoughts??
Good Luck. R..
