David,
I don't believe the issue is weather the market for calculators etc.. grows. The issue is weather more companies will be out sourceing their production to companies like Nam Tai and to Nam Tai in particular. As price margins for these products diminish and they become even more of a commodity business then I believe this is a good thing for the out sourceing business. I think the question is will Nam Tai be competitive with companies like JBIL(whose growth has been pretty stellar). JBIL recently announced a slowdown due to the Asian Flu, so I am guessing that this means one of two things.
1)The Asia demand is slowing so consumption is slowing so less out sourceing.
2)Asian out sourceing companies are more attractive to JBIL OEM's because of lower costs.
Scenario one is equally bad for Nam Tai.
Scenatio two is a positive for Nam Tai.

Just some thoughts
Dan D

P.S.
Looks like the warrants are under some upward pressure today. More buyers that sellers. I still think these things are very undervalued and represent a significant opportunity.
