All, the LMDS auction is officially OVER:

<<There were no bids, withdrawals or proactive activity rule
waivers in Round 128, therefore, the Local Multipoint
Distribution Service Auction has closed under the normal stopping
rule.

We anticipate releasing a Public Notice on March 26, 1998 which
will provide official notification to winning bidders, specify
deadlines for down payment and long form filings, and provide
details for other post-auction procedures. This Public Notice
will be posted on the Commission's Internet site and Bulletin
Board; all bidders should consult it to determine their
post-auction obligations.

In the meantime, we suggest bidders review the "Post-Auction
Procedures" section under Tab B of the Bidder Information
Package. Additionally, bidders should consult 47 CFR, Section
1.2112, the newly adopted reporting requirement applicable to the
LMDS long-form applications.
