Good to hear from another Midl long,We are all waiting for this company to define it's self and DF-144 is a major part of that action.
But they do have the OIL AND GAS Division with holdings not only in the Bob West areas but in the Michigan Basin as well.
Within the next 5 to fifteen days Arconenergy/Midl will provide SEC(us) with the 10q. That will begin to answer all questions concerning Revenue for the quarter and the reverse merger of Midland and Arconenergy. Both companies are soon to finished if not at the completion stage of the companies Audit for the Name change etc.
It is my feeling that when the name change occurs this will put to rest so much of Midlands past and open a very bright future for Arcon.
I have been told by IR that May 26th IS the date for the Stockholders
meeting. Can they change the name before that date I think the answer is NO. But many of us are waiting for that to happen.
DF-144 will we think, make us and this company very very wealthy.
But it is good to know that there are revenues being generated by other holdings.
GaBard has done so much DD on this company and has shared a wealth of information for that we are all very greatful. I would suggest that as the days get closer you might read over the many post and others DD as to the potential of this company.

Regards

Jeff
