Some thoughts on the rights shares being shorted......by insiders.

If they were, then they would have been shorted over the last several months as there was large buying, little selling and a declining share price.

And since most, if not all, of the rights shares go to Yost, Parrish, and a a few other long-time shareholders.......this would mean that company insiders are shorting their own stock.....before it is even issued. And since 1/2 of the rights shares are restricted...this would mean that company insiders are shorting their own restricted stock before it is even issued. I'm not sure this could or would have been done.....

And of course this would also fly in the face of what the company saying for months....... that no insider has sold or would sell at these prices.....

The company has been very vocal about what they feel has been going on.......and they are pointing the finger at others who they believe have attacked the stock......So who is doing it?

We should find out soon. I think the company is on the up and up.....and have invested accordingly. If the story is true, BANY will be a very explosive little stock.....and shareholders will win in a substantial way. The company should be reporting on several ongoing projects soon. I think lots of things will become much more clear over the next three weeks.
