The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago with DFNL. I ended up getting burned on that one. My lesson is not to place market orders when a stock is running like that. I suspect you may have to eat that one. I was able to buy this morning GMTID with a market order only because I acted so quickly. I got the email and immediately went to DLJ. The spread was reasonable (I think it was 1/32 b/t bid and ask) so I just put a market order in. I think I got lucky on that though and I doubt I'll do it with a market order again. Sorry about your trevails but good luck in resolving them
