Hi, Mike--
It has been stated repeatedly in BAAT writings that it was set up with defense from hostile takeover in mind. Many of the major stockholders include environmental groups, which will not sell BAAT out.

I am looking forward to BAAT's SEC postings so we can see who those groups include. Will be instructive on who is backing our company.
