From Emerald:

<< Nevada has indicated that they will need acouple of weeks for internal testing and validation. If
everything tests out, we believethat Nevada is prepared to enter into a contract with MatriDigm for the
conversionservices for all of the state's application files, which is estimated to be over 20 millionlines of
code. >>

Warren then said:

<<So using $.30 per line, Nevada is going to spend $6 Million on conversion alone !!!

But 20 million lines need only a couple of weeks for internal testing and validation ...

Something's missing here ...>>

Warren, I do not have the expertise to comment on $.30 per line, but it seems to me that in your haste to vilify every line of the Emerald Report, elementary syntax has been left behind. Matridgm is beta-testing its technology on a subset of Nevada's code. Nevada will then take a couple of weeks to test what Matridgim has submitted on that subset. If that pans out, then Nevada will give the go-ahead to Matridgm for the full 20 million lines of code. OK?
